Get the most out of this year’s hybrid event! Participate in a full day of in-person pre-conference workshops to learn from invited experts, attend a full day of in-person plenary sessions, and connect to two days of interactive webinars from the comfort of your home. The workshops and plenary sessions will be held at the Eugene O’Neill Theater at Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano (CCCN) campus in San Pedro, San José. Attendees will receive a personalized virtual certificate of participation that specifies the number of hours of the sessions they attended.

What is Included in the Hybrid Experience?
In-Person Pre-Conference Workshops
Learn from international experts and local colleagues in a full day of in-person workshops at CCCN San Pedro. The day consists of a 3-hour morning workshop and a 3-hour afternoon workshop with a two-hour lunch break in between. You have a selection of four workshop topics in each schedule so you can choose the session that best fits your interests.

In-Person Plenary Sessions
Participate in a full day of in-person plenary talks given by international experts in the Eugene O’Neill Theater at CCCN San Pedro. The day consists of an opening ceremony followed by two 90-minute plenaries in the morning and two 90-minute sessions in the afternoon.

Virtual Conference Sessions
Enjoy two full days of interactive virtual sessions through the video conferencing platform Zoom. Each day consists of six 90-minute interactive sessions with a 30-minute break in between.
